Help for Pappy

turtle started this conversation

My parent's have both worked hard thier whole life. My dad became disabled around 3 years ago. He recieved a new heart on January 18, 2007. He now has kidney problems and liver. They are saying they will not pay for all his medicine. It will become such a hardship on them. He has dealt with his heart condition for 30 years. He has open heart surgery, several strokes, congestive heart failure. I could go on and on. I am asking for help to pay for medicine.

He should be able to qualify for Medicare. If he isn't on it then go to the Department of Human services and sign him up, he may qualify for other programs also. Has he signed up for Disability?

For more information on disability you can go to disability .gov, and Disability Digest.com.

Good Luck and God Bless

Oh, if you need more information, please, let me know.
